A crunchy little browser arena where packs of AI bots spawn, scavenge, ambush, and absolutely shred each other while you sit back, tweak the rules, and watch the chaos unfold. Fire it up as a spectator sport, or poke the sim with mutators until it becomes a bullet-hell fever dream.

What it is

CPU Deathmatch is a free-for-all sandbox: no player character—just smart(ish) bots with distinct classes and behaviors tearing through procedural arenas. It’s perfect as an idle tab, a tactics toy, or a “let’s-see-what-happens-if…” laboratory.

Features

- One-click carnage: Spin up a New Match and the arena fills with bots, pickups, and mayhem.

- Six bot classes: Assassin, Medic, Scout, Sniper, Tank, Trapper—each with perks (stealth, regen, speed/FOV, long-range, armor, traps).

- Deep mutators: Toggle Insta-Kill, 2×/½ Damage, 2× Fire Rate, disable or double medkits/traps, lock the Mystery Box, and more. Dial in Single-Weapon Mode or choose an Arena Style.

- Pickups & powerups: Weapon drops, medkits, traps, and respawnable mystery powerups keep the meta shifting mid-match.

- Scale the spectacle: Run 2–16 bots; use Alt AI Mode for lighter CPUs.

- Seeded chaos: Set match and level seeds to reproduce your favorite disasters.

- Spectator tools: Live Event Log, bot list with class badges, and an optional grid/FOV overlay to see how the AI “thinks.”

- Fullscreen arena: Pop the arena to fullscreen (F) for maximum splatter.

- Audio vibes: Toggle sound/music and adjust volume without leaving the fight.

How to play (you = omniscient producer)

1) New Match → bots spawn and the brawl begins.

2) Open Mutators → flip damage/pace switches, restrict allowed classes, force a single weapon, or change the arena style.

3) Nudge the sim: Pause, Step (advance a tick), or speed up (1× / 2×).

4) For clarity, toggle Grid, FOV, Blood, Paths; for performance, try Alt AI Mode.

5) Enter a seed to replay a perfect mess. Then hit New Match again to watch a different timeline explode.

6) Check out the stats after each match, see how each class is doing. View the "This Match", "Session Totals", and "Class Ranking" tabs for all the data goodness.

Controls & Tips

- Crank 2× Fire Rate + 2× Damage + Insta-Kill if you want a blender. Or go the other way with Half Damage for tactical duels.
